Grove Arts Fest hits streets in February

It’s almost a rite of passage, a tradition, a must as we like to say, to attend the annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival, held over three days on Presidents Day Weekend. It’s scheduled for Feb. 18-20, 2012. The once bohemian neighborhood still maintains a bit of the hippie vibe and the artists that attend the festival always evoke that feeling.
