Ultra luxury living is nothing new to Coconut Grove and with the Residences at Vizcaya that tradition continues. Set in the heart of the neighborhood at 3535 Hiawatha Avenue, this exclusive building features only 18 residential units.

Living in the Grove means being in close proximity to…everything. Head over the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne or on South Miami Avenue to shopping, nightlife and restaurants in the Brickell area where Mary Brickell Village is the centerpiece of the neighborhood. South Beach is just a short trip on Interstate-95 as are Wynwood and the Design District. Head in the other direction and reach Coral Gables in about 10 minutes for shopping on Miracle Mile and great restaurants and galleries around Downtown. Also in the immediate area is shopping at CocoWalk, Greenstreet Cafe or Scotty’s Landing to name just a few.

The welcoming lobby is inviting in muted gray and beige tones, immediately evoking a feeling of soothing comfort. As the entrance point into the building, it gives a glimpse of what’s to come.

Make a delectable meal in an equally sleek kitchen. State-of-the-art Miele Designer Series appliances include a 54 inch refrigerator and freezer along with range, wall oven, hood and built-in microwave. There’s even a 24 inch wine cooler. Alfresco provides a 54 inch grill, ice maker, refrigerator and sink in the summer kitchen.

Panoramic views from the light and airy terrace is the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or perhaps a glass of wine (from the wine cooler) at the end of the day. Waterviews and swaying palm trees make this typical Miami.
As an added bonus, the unit is wired throughout the rooms adding the ambiance of background music. Marble stone master baths with jacuzzi tubs, spacious walk-in closets, granite or quartz countertops, elegant crown molding and Italian cabinetry complete the look.
To learn about available units at this building or for more information on Miami neighborhoods and luxury living enter your information into the box on the right and one CondoDomain’s rock star agents will contact you.

Several years ago, I scouted a location for an early morning fashion shoot. I needed an incredibly scenic spot, a place with powerful city views as well as plenty of nature. In short, I needed a location that encapsulated the spirit of Miami. Where was this? It was on Watson Island – the site of what is supposed to be the future Island Gardens – home to luxury yachting, leisure, dining, retail, entertainment, residences, and a fine resort.

The development of Island Gardens began in 2001, with initial agreements being made with the city of Miami. Since then, many amendments have been made between the developer, Flagstone Group, Miami, and the state of Florida . Most recently, the Florida Cabinet gave their approval of the development. Currently, the only approval pending is from the City of Miami commissioners. If all goes according to plan, they will break ground for the luxury oasis in 2012.

The opportunities that would be created in the area by this development cause the imagination to run wild. With the Mac Arthur Causeway slated to one day feature two mega luxury destination properties with less than a two minutes’ drive between the two. Unquestionably, Miami would certainly be cemented as a major player in the world of luxury condominiums.
Some of Miami’s finest condominiums are within a 5 minutes distance from Watson Island. Don’t miss out on getting the scoop on:
BLUE: Featuring expansive bay views and heavenly extras, like an entertainment center, lounge, business room, banquet room, spa, heated pools, and a dog walking service to name a few!
601 N.E. 36th Street Miami, FL 33137 877-852-6636
ONE MIAMI: Live where Biscayne begins with Downtown Miami style – One Miami is in walking distance to Bayside and Bicentennial Park. The building has great features, like a cafe on the water, a fitness center, and top appliances and fixturing.
335 Biscayne Boulevard Miami, FL 33131 877-852-6636
THE FLORIDIAN: One of my favorite West Avenue buildings, The Floridian has some of the best bay and city views on the condo-lined street. Expect to find a fitness center that offers classes for residents, an in-house shop, heated pools, a business center, tennis courts, and more.

The Omni International Mall was the place to shop in the 1980s and then the 90s came around and the Mall all but died. There have been several attempts to revive it since then, with plans ranging from condominiums to restaurants and from offices to even a telecom hub. All those plans failed but it seems like this latest one is gonna stick. The Related Group has taken control of the space at 1601 Biscayne Boulevard, buying it for a cool $100 million. According to the article in the Miami Herald they, along with Tate Capital acquired the debt and are the lenders.
Led by developer Jorge Perez, Related is responsible for a huge chunk of the projects around swanky Brickell and with this have now turned their attention to Downtown Miami’s revival. This latest is just another notch in that rebirth and at 1.5 million-square-feet is by far one of the largest in sheer size and magnitude.
The Center features office and retail space and currently houses a 525-room Hilton Hotel, the offices of long-time tenants Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Miami International University of Art & Design and the General Services Administration Passport Control and Diplomatic Security Services offices.
The rest of the Center is empty. Enter Perez, who has a reputation for turning his projects into gold, just look at Icon Brickell which has quickly become the mecca condo with a state-of-the-art spa, stellar restaurants and a celebrity-spotting hot spot. The location, hugging the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, couldn’t be better.
Sounds like Perez is the man to turn Omni Center into another great mixed-used retail/office complex. The area is ripe for such a place with condominiums surrounding the area, the Adrienne Arsht Center and DRB – Democratic Republic of Beers just blocks away and the American Airlines Arena not much further. Then, along northbound Biscayne Boulevard cool spots like Bin No. 18 and the newly-opened City Hall Restaurant.
The project is still quite hush-hush but as it develops there will be more to report. Might even be that if plans change, residential space could somehow make it onto the drawing board. Check this blog for further news on Omni Center developments.

Miami Beach is home to what may quite possibly be the mostfabulous parking garage ever… 1111 Lincoln Road. Now before I lose you, this is no ordinary garage – it’s an artistic luxury space for first-class shopping, living, and special
events.
1111 Lincoln Road is the brainchild of Miami Beach developer, Robert Wennett. After much careful consideration, he finally settled on world-renowned architects, Herzog & de Meuron to come up with a lofty designer garage space complete with luxury retail areas and five ultra-luxe penthouses on top (Wennett himself moved into one of the expansive units)!
Right in the middle of the garage is a second outpost of the chic, designer-laden boutique, Alchemist. Downstairs is the quirky and fun upscale gift shop, Babalu, the famed art house photography book publisher, Taschen, high fashion heaven, Coltorti, and a Y3 Yohji Yamamoto store. The space was clearly designed for taste and aesthetic’s sake more than anything else. Meandering up the concrete stairs, you just can’t help to notice how much space is not utilized – but this is a luxury garage we are referring to after all! Visitors enjoy the 360 degree views of Miami Beach and lofty ceilings so much that 1111 Lincoln Road has also become a hot spot for weddings, fashion events, social events, and more.
Are you excited about 1111 Lincoln Road? Well, guess what? We have 1 condo available for sale! Will you be the lucky one to own part of the internationally-acclaimed 1111 Lincoln Road?

Watch out world! Miami is getting another heavy-hitting reason forpeople to take notice on the world map. The ideally-located property of The Miami Herald in Downtown Miami is set to become a $3 billion waterfront destination resort by the casinos-focused powerhouse conglomerate, Genting Group.
Genting Group is a household name throughout most of Asia due to their luxury casino resorts. Their hope is to reach the status of the top 3 casino companies on the globe and they have been expanding worldwide making the most notable impact on Asia and the United Kingdom. The CEO and largest shareholder, KT Lim, lived in Miami for quite some time – during which Miami had a significant and positive impact on him: “Miami is a place I understand. Downtown has really been cleaned up in the last 20 years. I’ve literally seen the transformation.” The 13.9 acre space purchased for $236 million cash will definitely be developed into a global go-to resort but ground won’t break until Genting Group knows for sure if they will be able to include a high stakes casino in the venue. Intense lobbying has already begun and now only time will tell just what sorts of entertainment we will be able to find on the Biscayne Bay.
Miami is no stranger to luxury… see some hot Biscayne area properties and give us a call – 877-852-6636!

There’s an empty plot in the heart of the Brickell area at 1421 S. Miami Avenue where Capital at Brickell will rise. The latest to join the ever-expanding Miami skyline, it will feature towers rising to 57 and 58 floors and boast a combined, and mammoth, 888 residences.
Designed by the Coral Gables-based Fullerton-Diaz Architects, who also designed Murano and Murano Grande in Miami Beach, the concept for the Brickell area building, according to the design firm’s website is that “Capital at Brickell is a building that captures the essence of urban living and pays tribute to the historically significant icons The Chrysler and The Empire State Building, from which it was inspired.”
It may seem crazy to focus on the parking first when talking about this project, but in Downtown Miami (especially in the Brickell area) parking is at a premium and a major incentive. The Capital at Brickell offers one parking space assigned per residence. However, those with a 3-bedroom or Penthouse unit get two spaces.
Amenities include a 14th floor pool, fitness center, tiki bar, racquetball courts and approximately 50,000 square-feet of street level retail space. Within the units the expected — stainless steel kitchen appliances, high-efficiency washer/dryer, marble floors, jaccuzi tub and imported Italian cabinetry.

The surrounding area is made for strolling and walking, with restaurants, nightlife, grocery stores and more just minutes away. Directly across the street and just a block away are the casual Pieduck’s Pizza, restaurant/sports pub Brickell Irish Pub, and restaurant/nightspots Novecento and Segafredo. There’s no shortage of supermarkets as there are two within walking distance and another just a short drive away. Mary Brickell Village is about three blocks away.
There are pre-construction prices available now. Call us at 877-852-6636 for more information.

Imagine alleviating the need to pick out home furniture or accessories individually but instead, having the convenience of choosing an entire indoor room that encompasses all your favorite styles.
That’s the concept that Tui Lifestyle – made up of chairman and founder Jason Atkins and designer Noranit “Tui” Pranich — has revolutionized since exploding onto the condo market two years ago. With headquarters in Miami and design centers and showrooms throughout the city and one in New York, their furniture collections, both indoors and outdoors, can be seen throughout Downtown Miami. They’re in such iconic buildings as The Viceroy, Icon Brickell, Marquis and Epic Biscayne, to name a few.
Jason Atkins talked about the birth of Tui Lifestyle, its present and future in the Miami Market:
Q: Tell me about your project at Marquis Residences and how you decided the concept for that building?
A: We constantly enjoy all new project opportunities with any buildings. Marquis is an outstanding building which developed an extended stay rental program. Similar to other parallel programs, the building wanted a beautiful design and a consistent scheme for all the units. We were very excited when Marquis made the decision to decorate the extended stay units with Tui Lifestyle collections. Our in-stock inventory ensures that units can be designed, delivered and installed in 72 hours.

Marquis Residences
Q: How did you devise such a unique concept for Tui Lifestyle and how did you come together with Noranit “Tui” Pranich?
A: I am very proud of Tui Lifestyle; we are a young, successful, and dynamic company. The company launched in 2008 with creative talent and business acumen twenty years in the making. We see it as a synergy of style and business. Tui and I got together for a business strategy meeting in 2008. We came up with the innovative idea for Tui Lifestyle in that meeting. We are proud to say that Tui Lifestyle has redefined the design and furniture industries, providing luxury style furniture at affordable and sensible prices with the extraordinary convenience of turn-key living solutions. Design excellence behind every item in a collection ensures the highest quality merchandise at the absolute best value in the industry. An extraordinary logistics team ensures streamlined ordering and white glove delivery installation in 72 hours. At Tui Lifestyle, you never have to wait weeks for furniture with our “in-stock” inventory.
Q: I see that you have Design Centers in various buildings around Miami, can you tell me how those centers vary? And is the Tui Lifestyle incorporated into those buildings and if yes, describe the different looks you have incorporated into those buildings?
A: Yes, we have a great presence in Miami. There are approximately 45 Tui Lifestyle demo model design centers all around Miami. We strive to make sure that the design of each demo model is tailored to the overall design of the building. We also collaborate with the building in achieving the best design for the building residents.
Q: How were the various furniture collections developed and designed?
A: Our collections are always designed with our customers in mind; providing great European design, style and grace with the simplicity of modern living. Our furniture is crafted beautifully with meticulous attention to detail paired with rich linens, leather, silk, and ebonized wood. Our Sophisticated Collection and Outdoor Collections combine European design with the beautiful warmth of Bali-inspired Asian design.
Q: What condo projects are on the horizon in Miami for Tui Lifestyle?
A: Our design and marketing teams are working on our upcoming collection designs at Paramount Bay, Peninsula II, Viscayne and many more.

Villa Majorca at 343 Majorca Avenue is being billed as “The Jewel of Coral Gables” and it should be. With a location on the corner of Majorca Avenue and LeJeune Road, it’s in the perfect spot.

Courtesy of villamajorcagables.com

A historic area with incredible Mediterranean architecture, fantastic restaurants, phenomenal golfing and chic shopping, Coral Gables can now also add a nightlife and cultural scene to its repertoire.
There are 36 residences here with all the luxuries of high-rise living. They’re not towering behemoths due to height restrictions in the area, making this the perfect place for someone seeking a more boutique-like experience.
With two- and three-bedroom and two-story townhouse residences ranging from 1,200 to 2,000-square-feet there’s more than expected: granite, marble, porcelain and wood throughout the living space and in all the right places. They of course feature stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and full size washer/dryer in each unit. A rooftop club deck and fitness center complete the living experience.

Courtesy of Biltmore Hotel

There are unexpected additional perks here too like a complimentary membership to the historic Biltmore Hotel where spa amenities, golfing, and fine dining exude an atmosphere of elegance from another era. Think grand lawns a la Great Gatsby. They’ve also got a courtesy car service to shuttle residents (in style, this is no Airport Shuttle van) to various spots nearby, one of which is the Miami International Airport.
The limo service won’t be necessary though for any kind of outing around the city since the building’s centralized location takes care of that. In the mood for an artsy film or a night at the theatre? The recently opened Coral Gables Art Cinema, New Theatre, Actor’s Playhouse and GableStage are all in the area.
The first Friday of the month brings the Gables Gallery Walk when area galleries stay open late and the Orange Green City Trolley carts art-lovers to and from exhibitions, although some enthusiasts choose to walk. Or perhaps a night out at the Globe Cafe & Bar with great signature cocktails and premier jazz are more suitable.

Villa Majorca at 343 Majorca Avenue is being billed as “The Jewel of Coral Gables” and it should be. With a location on the corner of Majorca Avenue and LeJeune Road, it’s in the perfect spot.

Mary Brickell Village offers a host of fun and excitement for Brickell condo denizens and other nearby Brickell-going locals and tourists. Fun is provided by corporations and small businesses alike in a buzzing promenade of boutiques, dining, nightlife, and more. The village is only a few years old and it came up just in time to cater to the ever-increasing population of the Brickell area (then, now, and still to come).
Yummy eats abound…enjoy yummy Asian fusion at Abokado or succulent seafood at The Oceanaire. Feeling nostalgic for South Beach? Try Burger & Beer Joint, Rosa Mexicano, or Balans. Want to eat and then dance the night away? Pop into Blue Martini’s Brickell outpost.

Time to pump up your closet? There are so many chic local boutiques like Blush, Studio LX, and Joanna Paige.
Mary Brickell Village isn’t restricted to just the usual sorts of entertainment – the outdoor mall also has a great art gallery, a most unique apothecary, and great resources for afternoons working alfresco like a FedEx Kinko’s, and of course, a Starbucks.
You can even live at Mary Brickell Village! Presales are already available to live at the magnificent Sky Palace at Mary Brickell Village. The condo will come with the usual suspects for amenities, as well as white glove service, opulent art and architecture, and a 40,000 sq. ft. Sky Palace Oasis “recreation deck”.
|Unit 3525| |Unit 1913| |Unit 2714|

If you don’t feel the need to actually live at Mary Brickell Village, there are many great options nearby. These include towers like Santa Maria, Neo Lofts, and Vue at Brickell.
Call 877-852-6636 to see a Brickell condo today!

If you can believe it, the Bal Harbour neighborhood is slated to get even ritzier. One Bal Harbour and the Regent have equally-luxurious competition on the way. Come January 2012, the storied St. Regis hotel will be making its grand debut on Collins Avenue – directly across from the Bal Harbour Shops (9701 Collins Avenue to be precise). This will be the first St. Regis in Miami and it is bound to be just as top notch as any other of the Starwood Hotel locations – which include the original Fifth Avenue location and other top luxe areas around the world including Aspen, Mauritius, Mallorca, Bali, and Bora Bora.
You’ll be able to visit for a few nights for a lovely “staycation” or why not look into purchasing one of the thirty-six condos within the property? You will be spoiled to reaches unimagined with “smart” technology elements to make life easier and just more fun. To add even more leisure to your days, take advantage of the creme de la creme 24-hour St. Regis Butler service. Lounge around with cocktails by the pool or stay inside taking in the magnificent bay and ocean views of Bal Harbour.
