Without a doubt, the fastest emerging area in South Beach is the three-block stretch from 22nd to 24th Streets. This small area makes a huge impact with some of the best luxury condominium living, nightlife, restaurants, and culture.
The new W South Beach has already been host to a slew of hot social events since it’s opening. The W South Beach features both hotel rooms and residences here and here and holds the sexy outdoor Wet bar and grille, the exclusive Wall Lounge, and the soothing Bliss Spa. The W is also home to the popular L.A. transplant, Mr. Chow, and top Spanish eatery, Solea.
Here you’ll find the super hip Mokai , the new Treehouse lounge, and the hotspot Eden resto (the old Talula location). The Gansevoort South Hotel and Roney Palace residences start here on 23rd Street and stretch the entire block to 24th Street. Inside this behemoth of a building you will find luxury condos for rent and for sale and some of the sexiest hotel rooms in South Beach. The rooftop shows off one of the best views in the area at the Plunge pool and lounge or you can party for a late night downstairs at Louis Bar-Lounge or Coco De Ville. There’s great food at Phillippe Chow and STK and even great coffee at Bustelo. Shopping and salons are also here at this space – I highly recommend trying Curve Soleil for your designer needs.
